"Swing" is a short film written and directed by Brock Forrette. Produced by Brian Hoffman about a couple who have come to a complete stalemate in their marriage.
Our film started its film festival tour September 2022 and concluded March 2024. We had screenings at twelve festivals garnering nominations for Best Director, Best Short, Best Romantic Comedy, Best Original Score, Best Original Screenplay, Best Cinematography, Best Actor, Best Actress with one win for Best Actress for myself.

It's also had nominations for Best Director, Best International Featurette, Best Cinematography, Best Original Music Score, Best Featurette, Best Screenplay Short Film, and a nomination for the Juan Anchia Award for Best Cinematography.
At the July 2023 Wyoming International Film Festival I was honored with the Best Actress for a Short Film award for "Swing."

SEPTEMBER 2023
We screened "Swing" at the Burbank International Film Festival in September 2023! At BIFF, they had extraordinary gala and celebration and honored the work of Tim Burton. We had the pleasure of being a live audience whilst the Hollywood Reporter covered the journey of Tim's career and early beginnings.
We've received official acceptance from the Iowa Independent Film Festival and the Black Hills Film Festival and they had beautiful screenings in Iowa and South Dakota in September as well!
